SHIPPING POLICY
✦ Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days once your payment has been received. You will receive tracking number after your order has been shipped. Once the package leaves Japan, Japan Post is no longer responsible and enquiries should be made via postal service in destination country.

✦ All orders are shipped with Japan Post & UPS from Japan. The shipping time may vary, depending on where your region is. We recommend choosing express shipping option if you would like to have a faster delivery.

✦ UPS orders cant be dispatched without your Phone Number! Please provide it with your order.

✦ Domestic orders arrive within 1-2 days.
✦ International orders arrive within 7-10-14-20 days depending on your country, region and pandemic. Postal services via Japan Post are still being largely strained from COVID-19 and sometimes it can take up to 1 month for international order to arrive. UPS service always arrive on estimated date.

✦ Since it's hard to make the exact estimate on multiple quantities, I refund any overpaid shipping charges.

✦ Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes, VAT, GST that may apply in destination country. It is up to the buyer to pay these and know about their country's policies/regulations.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
✦ We gladly accept returns. Item must be returned in the same condition it has been received. In the case of a return, customer pays the cost of return shipping and the original shipping will not be refunded.

Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

⋆ Fabrics cut from a bolt.
⋆ Items returned to sender. If the postal service is not able to deliver to the provided address and is not responsible for the cost of reshipping, or other related costs.
⋆ Items that have incurred customs charges outside of Japan, we are not responsible for these fees.
⋆ Lost items sent with unregistered / uninsured mail. We can't be responsible for items lost in the mail, once order has been fulfilled and shipped.

What international shipping methods do you offer?We currently offer 3 shipping methods for our international customers: Japan Post, EMS and UPS. Japan Post: 10 - 30 business days, depends on pandemic situation & customs in destination country. EMS: 7 - 20 business days UPS: 10 business days If you inquire DHL or FedEx, please contact us.

Are customs and duties included or covered by Vintage Freakss ?No, duties/customs are not covered, addressee will pay upon delivery.

How long does it take for an order to ship?All orders have a 48 hour processing time, unless otherwise stated. Please keep in mind that we operate on business days Monday - Friday, which exclude all Japanese Holidays.

How can I track my order?After an order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?Yes, we can update your address, as long as your order has not been shipped. Please email your request and include the correct address.

Can I cancel my order?Orders are prepared almost immediately and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Cancellations must be received within 6 hours of purchase.

I’m missing an item from my order, what can I do?If you are missing anything from your order please email us at contact@vintagefreakss.com , include your order number and the name or item number of the item that is missing from your shipment.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?If you receive a damaged item please submit a picture of the damage to contact@vintagefreakss.com . Please male sure to include your number too.

What is your return policy?Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached. In the case of a return, customer pays the cost of return shipping and the original shipping will not be refunded.

I sent my return back, but have not received a refund. How can I check on my return status ?All returns are processed within 1 - 2 business days of delivery. Please note that it can take 2 - 3 weeks for a return to be delivered back.

What happens to return packages that go missing in the mail ?We recommend dropping off returns directly to your shipping carrie so you can obtain a receipt when you drop off your return. We will not accept responsibility for any returns that are lost that were left at dropboxes or without proof of return. Please obtain proof you started your return by getting a receipt in case your package is lost.

International ReturnsHighlight the items you are returns on your packing slip. Please be sure to use secure packaging.
